Troubleshoot failed or unchanged Writebacks

Separate review problems, Amazon processing failures and changes that do not appear on a product page.

No changes appear in the review

Check that you edited a supported Writeback column on an imported, linked row in the correct tab. View-only fields and newly typed SKU rows are not ordinary listing updates.

All pending edits skips blank cells. Use Edits in selected range for intentional resubmissions or supported blank-cell clearing. Verify the selected rectangle after sorting or filtering.

The submission cannot proceed

Only a Hopted account admin can submit. Check your account membership, the source account's connection state, and any access or allowance prompt. Wait for all review rows to load, then check the summary before submitting.

Some rows fail after submission

Wait for the final email and inspect Last Writeback Issues on the affected rows. Amazon can accept some rows and reject others. Correct the reported field or requirement, then review and resubmit the failed selection.

The issues column is cleared when a new Writeback starts, so retain the useful error details first. Failed rows do not count as successful-row usage.

Amazon accepts a change but the page looks unchanged

A successfully processed update does not always mean the public product detail page changes immediately. Amazon's catalog rules, other contributions and listing restrictions can affect what buyers see.

See Why listing updates do not always change the product page. Avoid repeatedly sending the same update before checking the final result and affected marketplace.
