Fix data that is not refreshing
Check access, connections, schedules and account capacity before rebuilding a sync.
Search results
Work through the checks below for the affected sync. An initial import or an Amazon report can take time to prepare, so a recently saved sync may not have data immediately.
Check the sync and its schedule
- Open the correct spreadsheet, tab and Hopted account.
- Open Spreadsheet syncs and confirm the intended sync still exists.
- Review its selected accounts, marketplaces, fields and report options.
- Check its refresh frequency and the account time zone. A daily or weekly schedule will not behave like a frequent refresh.
Check access and connections
Confirm the spreadsheet is still shared with the Hopted address shown during setup, with Editor access. Open Settings → Linked Accounts and check whether the source account is disconnected or disabled.
Reconnect expired authorization through the relevant Amazon account. Re-enable a disabled account only when it should be used and counted toward capacity again. See Manage connections.
Read issues and capacity messages
Read any Hopted issue or account-access message and follow the indicated corrective action. Check Settings → Usage and Plans if Hopted reports a trial, subscription or capacity requirement.
Amazon can delay source reports independently of the refresh schedule. Check whether the expected information is available at Amazon and whether the report options match.
Escalate with useful details
If these checks do not explain the delay, contact support with the sync name, source, marketplace, expected period and when the problem started. Avoid deleting or repeatedly duplicating the sync as a diagnostic step.
