Manage and reconnect linked accounts

Find, rename, reconnect, disable, or re-enable your Amazon connections.

Open Hopted → Settings → Linked Accounts to manage the data sources connected to the current Hopted account. Check the account selector first if you manage several businesses.

Find or rename an account

Use Search accounts to locate the connection. Search also helps narrow the list by account state. Open the account's Manage menu and choose Rename to give it a recognizable name, then select Save. Renaming the connection does not rename the business at Amazon.

Reconnect a disconnected account

  1. Find the account marked Account disconnected.
  2. Open Manage → Reconnect and complete the relevant Amazon authorization.
  3. Return to Hopted and check the connection state. Review the sync's account and market selection if data is still missing.

If authorization fails, check your Amazon permissions and sign-in account. See Data is not refreshing for the next checks.

Disable or re-enable connections

Disabling an account stops Hopted features from using it and removes it from linked-account billing counts. Select the affected accounts and choose Disable, then review the confirmation. You can select Enable later; enabled accounts become usable again and count toward billing.

Changing a connection can affect more than the current spreadsheet. Check its active syncs before disabling it. Enabling additional accounts can require plan capacity; review any capacity prompt before confirming.

Use reconnection to repair access. Deleting a connection is a separate action; review its effects carefully rather than using it as a routine refresh step.
