Understand missing rows or unexpected values

Check the report’s scope and row meaning before comparing it with Amazon.

Different account selections, filters, reporting periods and sources can produce different results. First check that you are comparing the same data.

Check the reporting scope

  1. Open the sync's overview under Spreadsheet syncs.
  2. Verify the selected accounts and marketplaces. An all-accounts option can include stores connected after the sync was created.
  3. Check the starting report: it determines what each row represents.
  4. Review each source's date range, reporting period, grouping and other parameters.
  5. Check the optional import filters and any filters or hidden rows inside Google Sheets.

Compare like-for-like values

Match the same source, product identifiers, marketplace, currency, date range and aggregation when comparing with Amazon. A report grouped by product, date or campaign can have different rows and totals even when it describes the same business.

When you combine sources, a primary row can lack a value from another report if no corresponding data is available. Check the added report and parameters rather than assuming the empty cell is an import failure.

Check freshness and eligibility

Amazon reports may be delayed or unavailable for accounts that lack the required eligibility or permissions. Check the connection state and whether a refresh has had time to complete.

Use the Seller Central, Vendor Central or Amazon Ads report directories to check source definitions.

Report a remaining mismatch

Contact support with a small example, the relevant source and reporting period, what you expected, and where the comparison value came from. Share only the account data needed to investigate.
