Duplicate or delete a sync
Reuse an import in a new tab, or remove an unneeded sync while keeping the Google sheet.

Duplicating a sync is useful when you want a similar report with different fields, filters, accounts or schedules. Deleting a sync stops that configured import.
Duplicate into a new sheet
- Open Hopted → Spreadsheet syncs and find the sync.
- Open its menu and choose Duplicate, or open the overview and choose Duplicate to new sheet.
- Wait for the success message, then open the new sheet or duplicated configuration using the offered link.
- Edit the copy as needed and confirm its configuration.
The copy includes the sync's accounts, selected fields, filters and schedule. It is a separate sync and can require additional plan capacity. Changes you make to the copy do not update the original sync.
Delete an unneeded sync
- Find the sync under Spreadsheet syncs.
- Choose Delete from its menu.
- Verify the sync name in the confirmation and confirm only if you intend to remove it.
Deleting a sync cannot be undone. It removes the Hopted sync configuration without deleting the Google Sheets tab. The remaining sheet is no longer kept current by that sync. It does not delete products or reports at Amazon.
Remove all syncs from a spreadsheet
All linked spreadsheets also offers Delete all Syncs. This has a wider scope: review the spreadsheet name and sync count before confirming. See Manage linked spreadsheets.
