Choose a plan and manage capacity

Open Hopted → Settings → Plans to review the plans and capacity available to your account. Prices and entitlements can depend on the selected plan, billing interval and current setup.

#Review a plan

1. Check that the intended Hopted account is selected.
2. Open Plans and choose the monthly or annual terms you want to compare.
3. Review the plan's included limits and any add-ons needed for your current syncs, collaborators or linked accounts.
4. Read the estimated total and the offer shown before proceeding to checkout or confirming a subscription change.

Use the current pricing page and the offer inside Hopted for amounts. This guide does not fix prices or limits that may change.

#Respond to a capacity prompt

Hopted can check capacity when you create a sync, add an admin or linked account, choose faster refreshes, or submit Writebacks. Read the specific prompt and choose an available plan or capacity option, or reduce the usage that requires it.

#Reduce capacity carefully

A lower plan or add-on quantity may not fit your current setup. Remove unneeded syncs, disable unused linked accounts, or review spreadsheet collaborators as appropriate before lowering capacity.

Check any removal confirmation closely. Some capacity actions can remove Google Drive access from collaborators. A change to billing capacity is not a reason to remove people who still need the spreadsheet.
