Connect Amazon Vendor Central

Choose Amazon Vendor Central when you supply products to Amazon as a vendor. The Seller Central and Vendor Central integrations serve different account types.

#Authorize the vendor account

1. Open Add new data sync → Amazon Vendor Central.
2. Select Connect new Amazon Vendor account and the appropriate authorization option.
3. Sign in through Amazon with a login that can authorize the vendor business you need. Complete the authorization.
4. Return to Hopted and select the vendor accounts for this sync.
5. Use Edit markets where available to review the selected marketplaces, then continue to fields, filters, schedule and review.

#Choose vendor report fields

Select the vendor source that matches your task. Review any date, reporting period or other parameters offered for that source before adding its fields. Amazon determines which data is available to your vendor account.

For report descriptions, see the Amazon Vendor Central reports directory. A report from another account type is not a replacement for a vendor report.

#If the connection needs attention

An account marked disconnected must be reauthorized. Open Settings → Linked Accounts and reconnect the affected vendor account. Check that you used the expected Amazon login and that the required markets are still selected in the sync.
