Can I connect multiple Amazon accounts?
Yes, you can connect unlimited amount of Amazon Seller Central, Vendor Central or Amazon Ads accounts. On top of standard 2 linked accounts which are included into the plan, you can upgraded to more accounts inside your Hopted account. Upgrades take effect immediately.
What counts as a single linked Amazon account?
We define a linked account by a unique Amazon Merchant Token. A single token covers an entire Amazon region (e.g., all of Europe), meaning it includes all of the individual marketplaces within that region.
How many automated data imports can I have?
Unlimited amount. On top of standard 2 auto-imports or syncs which are included into the plan, you can upgrade to have more syncs inside your Hopted account. Upgrades take effect immediately.
Can I use Hopted with my co-workers?
Yes. Hopted supports team use and shared Google Sheets. Hopted Platform plan includes 1 admin user. If other people need access to spreadsheets where Hopted imports or syncs data, you can add Spreadsheet Collaborators. If other people need to manage Hopted, you can upgrade to more admins inside your Hopted account. Upgrades take effect immediately.
Who counts as a Spreadsheet Collaborator?
It is any person who has access to a Google Sheet where Hopted imports or syncs data. Spreadsheet Collaborators are available as an in-app upgrade when you want to share Hopted-powered Google Sheets with additional people.
How many SKUs can I bulk edit with Hopted Writebacks?
You can bulk edit up to 100,000 SKUs in a single Writeback update.
How many ASINs can I import in one spreadsheet workbook?
Each spreadsheet workbook can include up to 100,000 imported ASINs.
Is there a trial period available?
